As one attendee wrote us, “It’s guaranteed to be time well spent.”

Choosing a BrilliantWork speaker is a great way to inspire and teach people to:

  • “Dance at their desks”
  • Get back in the groove
  • Foster and embrace a fun and upbeat work atmosphere
  • Accomplish more with less effort

BrilliantWork founder Sue Frederick is a living testament to her belief in the uniqueness of each individual. Her life has been a series of successes in seemingly disparate pursuits – including rock climbing, survival skills, key corporate executive, author, entrepreneur, teacher and more. Yet, she argues that they weave together in a fabric that makes perfect – and profitable – sense.

An accomplished rock climbing and mountaineering instructor, Sue Frederick honed her teaching, mentoring and coaching skills while leading extreme survival courses through the Colorado Rocky Mountains for Outward Bound. Later, as Vice President of Content for Healthshop.com (the leading natural health website) and Delicious Magazine, she mastered the intricacies of corporate survival. And she found time to author two career books dealing with how to find and keep joy at work. Now, through BrilliantWork, Sue applies the lessons learned in pursuing her passions to helping and inspiring people to bring joy and brilliance to their work.

“Climbing world-class venues taught me the magic of proper focus, unstoppable determination and visualizing desired outcomes. These combined skills are a catalyst for success in the corporate world and I love sharing them in seminars and coaching.”
